Proyash Welfare Association, among the top youth NGO in West Bengal, works intensively through focused welfare projects in four major areas - Blood Donation Camp & Emergency Blood Service, Free Health Care for Underprivileged students, Malnutrition Prevention, Educational help for poor students, etc.
It is not just an ordinary tree plantation or an environmental project. It's an application and activity based environmental programme for the school & College students.
In rural area where there is a scarcity of pure drinking water, we will provide water purifier there. This project is included in our 6th goal of sustainable development.
We organise free animal health checkup camp all over West Bengal. Provide free vaccination to them. And also take steps to prevent animal cruelty.
Proyash's mission to conserve art & culture, history and heritage of India are based on the belief that living in harmony with heritage, history, art and culture enhances the quality of life, and it is the duty of every citizen of India as laid down in the Constitution of India. The objectives spelt out in the deed of out Trust constitute Proyash's one of the Mandate and Vision. By this project we'll try to protect the distinct culture, languages & history of India, which are very much vulnerable.
The "Youth for Blood" is the one of the most successful Project of our organisation. We directly organised 10 Blood Donation Camps and indirectly 2 Blood Donation Camps. Not only the camps we also helps the preple toget this blood in different districts of West Bengal.
We get running a project named ‘Naina in which 6-18 years under prvelleged (urban & rural) area students get free eye cheak up. We have provided them free spectacles also.
During lockdown period we have taken the responsibility of educating all the children of anganwadi schools in Naihati and provided them educational assistance.
We have arranged tuitions and educational materials free of cost for the financial backward school students. We have paid about 60% of the admission fee of a research scholar during pandemic situation.
During the lockdown, we fed as many people in the slum area as we could. We delivered groceries to the homes of people who lost their jobs during the lockdown for a month. We also delivered new clothes to a lot of people at Slam Area on the occasion of bengali New year.
During covid time, with the help of the government of West Bengal, we delivered oxygen to different parts of Bengal. At that time we also arranged for the bed of the patients and the arrangement of the ambulance.
We will set reflective coller belts around the necks of all roadside street dogs those who lives beside of some parts kalyani express way and Naihati RBC road through the "Shuktara project." We've fed a lot of street dogs during the lockdown period.
We have awarded to those people who have contributed a lot to the society but they have not been recognised property by the people. Like, sweepers, Newspaper delivery man etc. This award is called "Proyash Samajbandhu Samman". We have awarded Some delevery boys of Zomato and Swiggy.
We are now running a project named ‘Orphan Care’ in which 200+ orphans get benifited. We have arranged food, groceries and new clothes for the students of 4 orphanages as much as we can. We have also arranged a computer and broadband connection at Vivekananda Ashram, Adisaptagram, Hooghly.

Malnutrition is one of the major problems of our country. So, we take steps to prevent malnutrition in rural and urban areas of West Bengal and also provide the malnourished children with proper diet, as well as spread awareness among the parents of those malnourished children.
We organize cloth distribution camps in slums, orphanages and old age houses. We as an organization strongly feel about destitute and for us nobody should suffer the lack of clothes.
