WHO ARE WE ?

Proyash Welfare Association in an association which is executed only by students. We think living 'healthy' means to take birth, earn, living a good life and to die. Our main motto is ‘Shiv Jnane Jiv Sheva.’ Our mission is to make students responsible for the society Inspired by Sourashis Ghosh and ‘Swami Atmisha Chaitannya’s philosophy, a group of youth students came together in 28th October 2020 to set up the “Proyash Welfare Association” to work at grassroot initiatives for effecting positive changes for underprivileged children and their families. Proyash is made and designed to bind these innumerable, exception minded, innocent, creative and crazy people under one roof, one name and one goal. Because these crazy young stars are like the Pegasus (Proyash). Randomly they do their own duties in their own way. They cannot be stopped, they cannot be tied. They are buzzing with their own rhythm. A group of flaming Pegasus (Proyash) can take a devastating forms of break the mean boundary made by the society. Work as a mission ----

• Catalyst in bringing sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged students, children, youths, women and so on with a life cycle approach of development.

• “Proyash Welfare Association” a government registered, non-commercial, apolitical, nationalist, youth social welfare organization in Naihati, West Bengal, India is to empower youth, children, women and development of underprivileged children who are being helped giving educational accessories, innovative healthcare and market focused livelihood programs.

• “Proyash Welfare Association” believes that unless members of the civil society uninvolved proactively in the process of growth and holistic development, sustainable change will not happen. Believing in this principle ‘Yuva Shakti, Rashtriya Sakti’ and ‘Shiv Jnane Jiv Sheva.’

• We are not only limited to restriction of service, our efforts are sowing the seeds of socialization among the youth of the society. We are engaged to make an ocean with droplets. In addition to social service, we have been following the vow to maintain the social work equally in the society. We all wish that nobody ever has to starve. So, on the path of our struggle, on the path of our work, we sing - "Spread happiness with spontaneity." May this society become more beautiful.

• All our efforts revolve around and indispensable guiding light i.e. our vision. It underlines our motive as a social enterprise and serves as the benchmark for assessing our approach. Our approach to meet the vision includes:

– To generate meaningful understanding of community.

– To inspire their social inclusion.

– To bring better services to lives of people.
